Kid-Friendly Ideas

The Massillon Rec Center features a splash pad, lazy river, water slides and a lap pool. Each feature's hours varies, so be sure to plan ahead. 

The City of Massillon recently added a splash pad to Wampler Park (in 2024) 

The Reservoir (known locally as "The Rezzy") features several play grounds, pavilions, a large walking path and my personal favorite - a walk through a tunnel. Watch out for geese!

This park is approximately a 20-25 min drive, but it is well worth it for the large playground. Kids can have hours of fun! 

Orr Park is approximately a 30 min drive, but it features so many cool things, including a pool, large playgrounds, basketball courts, baseball fields. 

Center Ice is a large Ice Skating rink that hosts Skating sessions (during the day and in the evening where there is music and lights).
